The first charter of the year 2021 was a total success! My clients and I decided on an early start, so I met them on the dock at Plantation nice and early, and it sure did pay off! The tide was perfect (even with the shallow winter tides), the wind was relatively calm, and the fishing was pristine. We had non stop action in the backcountry with double and triple hook up throughout the morning. Our big-ticket winner was live shrimp under a popping cork - Cajun Thunder, of course. By the end of the charter, the two littles had some sore arms for reeling in those hefty reds!
