Crystal River Fishing 12.5.2020

Writer: Capt. ZacCapt. Zac

Weather on the Nature Coast has been quite chilly as of late, and the only thing as a native Floridian that excites me about this is that the fish are fired up and chewing! We put the hammer down on the trout today. We mostly stayed in the mouth of the Crystal River, drifting over the yellow bottom and targeting the kelp beds. We also spent an ample amount of time around the sand potholes. Slowly working white flutes over each area was major key in our success!
