Today we headed straight to the outer islands near Mangrove Point - this area did not disappoint. The Redfish seemed to be attracted to the pinfish we were free lining, but they didn't seem interested in much of anything else. The trout bite started on the slower side, but the hot ticket was a white 5" jerk shad with a 1/8 oz jig head under a popping cork. Today my client made fishing look easy!
