Crystal River Fishing Report - 12.9.19

Rocky was back fishing with me yet again and brought some friends. I really can't express how incredible the bite is right now... I stuck to the same game plan as yesterday's trip and it worked perfectly again. Worked south of the Crystal River Beach off the rock bars on outgoing tide for trout and used popping corks and 3" new penney gulp shrimp working them really slow and popping the corks nice and hard. The trout were jumping in the cooler. Then spent the last hour of our trip on the incoming tide hooking into redfish left and right working the Mangrove creeks east of the same rock bars. We used the same popping corks with 4/0 circle hooks and live shrimp from Pete's Pier. Great day, great company!
